FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Why don’t you have an online catalog or printed catalog?
There are several reasons we don’t offer a catalog. First we have over 18,000 square feet of parts from 1939 to 1988. We have purchased more inventories of new parts then anyone else in the AMC Rambler Nash business. That in it’s self is reason enough. We estimate we have over 2 million parts on hand!!

2) How to buy?
That’s easy, just call us at 309-764-3571 or write to us blaserauto@sprynet.com or 3200-48th Ave Moline, Il 61265.

3) Who can help me?
Steve, Dana, are here to help. We Offer personal service. We can help get the right part the first time. We pride ourselves on our service. Today low prices mean little or no service. We are small enough to offer great service and reasonable prices.

4) How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept all major credit cards and ship COD or you can pay for your purchase by sending a check.

5) How do you ship?
We proudly offer UPS Ground or air shipping worldwide. We also offer US Post Office shipping and Motor Freight shipping for larger parts. Or you can stop by and pick up your order.

6) I got something and it’s not right what do I do?
Call us, we all are human and mistakes can happen and we will make it right. If you have ordered something and it’s not the right part we will take the item back and replace the incorrect part with the right part. If we have shipped the wrong part we will replace the part with the correct part. If you change your mind we will accept something back and charge a 25% restock charge if not for replacement as long as the part has not been installed. If you don’t want to be charged a restock fee we can keep your purchase on account and you will receive a 100% credit to be used for a later purchase. We limit these options for only 14 days and returns are only accepted within 30 days. Call for a RMA number first.

7) What parts CAN'T be returned?
Any Fuel or Electrical part(s) of any kind will be accepted at any time or any installed parts. We do not accept any printed material either.

8) How are parts priced since few are still made today?
We try very hard to offer reasonable prices for all parts but as we all know new parts are becoming harder to find so the market sets the prices on hard to find parts. Don’t worry we have thousands of parts priced at or below many other suppliers.

9) Did we forget anything?
We hope not but if you have any questions please call us. Remember personal service?
